1. Any properties that match the search criteria will be returned in the result table.

2. To find a specific property put as much information as possible into the search form.

3. To run a more general search put less information into the search form. All matching properties will be returned.

4. To find properties on numbered streets use the number rather than word as a search field (ie. use 2nd, rather than Second for 2nd Street).
